《金融时报》2011 年最新公布，香港中文大学OneMBA全球排名26。
许多内地的企业在开拓国际市场时遇到文化差异及人才短缺的问题。为协助内地的企业更成功地了解印度丶巴西等新兴市场，香港中文大学OneMBA提供了一个独一无二的学习机会。
通过OneMBA举办的课程，学生可直接与不同国家的企业高管及五所国际着名大学的教授学习和交流。更可了解当地企业家的思维和管理文化，从而建立更国际化的管理网络，提升企业解决问题的能力。
在二十一个月的课程中，学生必需参加分别在美国丶欧洲丶拉丁美洲及亚洲举办的四个海外课堂课程，亲临当地了解商业环境和发掘机遇。每个海外课堂为期7－8天。另外，学生需于香港中文大学校舍修读十个科目。

1. When did you attend CUHK OneMBA programme?
2006-2008

2. Why did you select CUHK OneMBA, comparing with other EMBA programmes?
I was looking for a reputable EMBA programs in Hong Kong, and CUHK EMBA was at the top of my list. Then I discovered OneMBA offered by CUHK. Although the OneMBA has a relatively short history, but I was attracted by its truly global positioning, which none other EMBA programmes can match at the time. I have been working across China and the Asia Pacific for many years. Other pan-China or pan-Asia EMBA programme would probably match my need, but I see the potential of a global programme would better prepare me for the next phase of my career.

3. What did you learn from your courses and residencies interacting with students from other countries?
By interacting with students from other countries, I was able to get global insights on the course materials and case studies. For example, students from different regions wrote a paper on the same subject first using a regional perspective, and then the global team would combine the regional papers to further develop the topic on a global perspective. From what I know, only OneMBA offers this level of diversified business learning experience. The global residencies allowed the students to put the learning into context by interacting with the regional business leaders and classmates.

4. How did you manage your time, when you need to attend 10 courses and 4 residencies?
The organization of the courses which utilize one intensive weekend per month helps me to navigate around my business travel demands. Having some support from my supervisor at work is a big help to help me manage my time.

5. What you think are the opportunities for those Chinese management people could get from joining this programme?
There was a shortage of experienced Chinese managers in the last decade, and traditional business education give them the advantage in the market place. There is a huge trend for Chinese companies to go international in the coming decade, and Chinese managers with international experience will be in very high demand. OneMBA provides a unique global learning experience to the new generation of international business leaders in China.

Career Goal
With my well-experience in Global Supply Chain Management in giftware, toy & premium (electronic, plastic and soft toy), stationery, household, apparel, electronic, telecommunications cosmetics and sundries field, I have been a consultant since 2007 when I started my consulting management business.
